Warpath: Brotherhood for the Battle
Real strength isn't the absence of struggle...It's choosing to fight for healing in the middle of the struggle. That takes real courage.
Most men were never taught that asking for help is part of the fight; it's not a sign they lost it.
The battles that matter most are not fought alone, and the wounds that drive the worst moments rarely heal in silence. Warpath exists for the man who is done pretending the weight is manageable and is ready to pick up something better than isolation — brotherhood, accountability, and the kind of truth that actually sets men free.
What Is Warpath?
Warpath is a faith-based men's accountability group at The Healing Cottage of the CSRA, built on the Soul Refiner curriculum developed by KingdomWorks Studios, the team behind the Conquer Series, which has helped nearly three million men in over 100 nations find freedom from sexual sin, addiction, and the wounds that drive them.
If the Conquer Series is boot camp, Warpath is the ongoing battle training. It goes deeper into identity, destiny, childhood wounds, betrayal trauma, spiritual authority, and the disciplines that keep a man free not just for a season but for life.
This is not a program you watch and walk away from. It is a brotherhood you belong to.
Warpath meets every other Monday evening at The Healing Cottage, facilitated by Melony Kolody, PhD, CCTP-II — a Clinical Pastoral Counselor who brings both clinical expertise and deep faith to the room. Through accountability, community, and biblical truth, men are equipped to renew their minds, reclaim their identity in Christ, and remain steadfast in their walk with God — even in the middle of the hardest battles they have ever fought.
Rooted in Christian faith and brotherhood, it combines practical counseling tools with Scripture, prayer, and the kind of accountability that only comes from other men who understand the battle firsthand.
Warpath equips men to renew their minds, strengthen their identity in Christ, develop healthy relationships, and remain steadfast in their walk with God through accountability, community, and biblical truth.
Each session blends real conversation with real accountability. We talk honestly about what's actually going on — the anger, the numbness, the exhaustion, the shame — and we bring it into the light instead of carrying it in silence. Scripture, prayer, videos, and practical tools work together here. Create relationships with other men in the group who hold you to the standard you were made for, even on the days you don't feel like it.
What Topics are Discussed in the Group?
Warpath isn't about putting your whole story on the table the first night. Healing in a group happens at the pace of trust, and trust is built slowly. Many men find that just showing up consistently, listening to other men fight the same battles, and being known a little more each week does more than any single confession ever could.
Topics include:
• Identity in Christ
• Spiritual warfare
• Biblical masculinity
• Accountability and integrity
• Emotional healing and past wounds
• Marriage and relationship restoration
• Leadership and purpose
• Renewing the mind through Scripture
• Building healthy habits and disciplines
• Living in freedom and helping other men do the same
Who Is Warpath For?
Warpath is for all men of faith. Men who want to be better for God, family, self, and their ministry. It's for men carrying old wounds from childhood, wounds from a father or mother who was absent, hard, overbearing, abusive, or not.
For the man whose anger surfaces faster than he'd like, men in addiction or the pull toward it, men healing in the aftermath of infidelity or divorce, and the quiet exhaustion of trying to lead a family while feeling like you're barely standing yourself.
It's for men in the middle of an ordinary week who know something underneath needs attention.
If you're tired of white-knuckling it alone, if the people who love you have started to notice the weight you're carrying, or if you just know you were made for more than surviving the week ... you've found the right group.
What Happens in a Warpath Meeting?
Warpath meets in a group setting where men can be direct with each other. Each gathering includes honest discussion around real struggles, teaching grounded in scripture, and time for prayer and accountability.
Nobody is put on the spot, and nobody fights alone.
For men who want individual support alongside the group, one-on-one Christian counseling is also available at The Healing Cottage, so you can work through your own story at your own pace while still showing up for the brotherhood each week.
You don't have to have your life figured out to walk in. You just have to be willing to stop fighting the battle by yourself.
Is Warpath Right for Me?
If you've been carrying anger you can't quite explain.
If you feel disconnected from your wife, your kids, or your own faith.
If you're tired of pretending you're fine when you're not...
Warpath may be exactly what you've been looking for.
It's not about being fixed. It's about no longer fighting alone.
Why does The Healing Cottage Offer Warpath?
Scripture speaks again and again about the strength found in brotherhood — how iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), how two are better than one (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12), and how confessing our struggles to one another brings healing (James 5:16). Warpath is not about performing faith or having it all together. Wherever you are in your walk with God, you are welcome here, and we're happy to talk more about how faith shapes our approach to this group.
At The Healing Cottage, we believe healing occurs in the context of both relationship and truth.
Warpath provides men with a structured pathway to growth, accountability, and discipleship while addressing the deeper emotional, relational, and spiritual issues that often impact their lives, marriages, and families.
